Hatha Raja Vinyasa is the practice of mastering body and mind, synchronizing breath and movement, using an efficient progression of poses. Instead of performing each asana as a disconnected, independent position, vinyasa is like the flow of the energy of the universe. The mind, body, and breath come together in a state of harmony.
